2023 Under the Table Wines 'Randy's Red' Blend

Our second and last vintage of Randy’s. Half of the wine this year is petit sirah from coufos, the other have is a blend of 10 different varietals from Randy’s backyard vineyard in Chicago Park. Sangiovese, Merlot, cab franc, Zinfandel, tinta cao, ruby red, Ruby cab, touriga nacional, cab sauv, and tinta Madera. Last pick of the 2023’s mid November and then pressed first week of December.  Peppery, earthy, yet fresh and extremely drinkable.
