We are open 7 days a week for In-Store Shopping, Curbside Pick Up and Limited US Shipping.
Local delivery within San Francisco available via Uber Direct. Just select local delivery at check out.
Please note we stop taking local delivery requests one hour prior to the store closing.

Head to your account. You can access via the 'human' icon on the top left corner of our website. Once you are signed in you can manage everything under 'Membership' 'Manage your Membership'
SHIPPING
We use Fed Ex to ship orders. If you need to change the delivery address on your order for a shipment or adjust anything else in regard to your delivery once it has left our shop please reach out to the carrier directly to update. Fed Ex Customer Service (800) 463-3339. In some cases you can also do this online, just have your tracking number handy. We are unable to do this for you once your order leaves the shop. If your order comes back to us and needs to be re-shipped we will have to charge you for shipping again and we really don't want to have to do that. Please makes sure someone 21 or older is available to sign for the package, Fed Ex will not leave a package without this. If you are someone who isn't home often ship it to your office, ship it to a fed ex location or find a friend who works from home that can help. Because natural wines are sensitive to heat we can not accept returns back if an order has been in transit for more than 5 days as there is no way to know the temperature the wines have been held at. By placing a shipping order on our website we assume you have read this and understand this policy. Thank You for understanding.
ONLINE ORDERS
We accept online orders for shipping, local delivery and in store pick up. Orders not picked up within 90 days without communication will be put back on our shelf without refund. If you are placing an online order and cannot pick up within 90 days please let us know after the order is placed via email at info@geminibottlesf.com to arrange storage. We understand it's not always easy to pick up, however we are working with limited storage space.
