2021 Le Dos d'Chat (Fabrice Dodane) 'Tout Facile' Red Blend (MAGNUM)

60% Syrah, 25% Grenache, 10% Trousseau, 5% Chardonnay from very old vines near the ancient village of Vaison la Romain in Provence. Fabrice Dodane has added a small percentage of what he was able to harvest in Arbois following the catastrophic spring frosts of 2021. Biodynamically farmed across the board, this wine is lush and delicious.
