2023 La Microbodega del Alumbro 'Malvereal' Malvasia

Malvasia Castellana, otherwise known as Doña Blanca (white lady) in Galicia. Calcareous gravel on clay bottom, different from the more sandy and pebbly soils (also with clay bottom) of most of their vineyards. Single vineyard planted in 1945, which Juanjo and Maribel took over in 2021. Grapes were destemmed and macerated for 6 days.
