Yves Dietrich and his sons Pierre and Jean have created a true microcosm, unique and contagious. Yves is in charge of the vineyard, Jean is in charge of the cellar and Pierre is in charge of the commercial side. In 1991 Yves decided to take over the family farm, which he converted to organic in 1999 before making the big leap into the biodynamic world in 2003. In 2017, a bioclimatic wine cellar was created in the largest thatched building in Europe, shared with Domaine Jean Paul Schmitt. The estate has 18 hectares and the wines are precise and direct, engaging and clear.
