2023 Dandelion 'Sur La Plage' Hautes Cotes Pinot Noir

Organic Pinot Noir grapes were harvested by hand. Whole bunch maceration in concrete tank before fermentation with indigenous yeast in old barrels. Aged in old oak barrels. No filtration, fining or added sulphur.

Called 'Sur la Place' AKA 'On the Beach' because the Pinot comes from Dandelion's sandy parcel, la Vigne de Rose - and the wine shows lighter juice, fresh Pinot syle.
