2021 Homoky 'Birtokbor' Harslevelu Blend

A blend of 70% Hárslevelű, 30% Furmint from the Dongó and Nyergesek vineyards. Pressing without crushing and destemming, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank, ageing in tank and in egg on lees. No fining, no filtration, no added sulfites.

This wine is impressive beyond belief with stylistic nods to burgundy. You get acidity, a touch of flint and lemon-lime freshness.
