This wine is from a blend of two vintages, 2018 for the Kerner and Morio (37%) and 2019 for the Müller Thurgau (63%). Both of the vintages are mash-fermented, but the 2018 ferments foor 12 days while the 2019 ferments for 14 days. The mix of Kerner and Morio matures in small oak barrels for year before blending all thee varieties together. No sulfur addition
