2022 Domaine des Miquettes Viognier

Paul Estève and Chrystelle Vareille are Domaine des Miquettes in Ardèche, south of the Saint-Joseph appellation.

They have alot of respect and admiration for the wines of Georgia and its history so they ferment their wines in amphora or quevri. 

This Viognier is textural and aromatic with flavors of yellow apple, peach and jasmine. A showstopper.
