La Gran Señora Tequila Blanco

• 100% Blue Weber (Agave tequilana) single estate grown at an elevation of over 7,000 feet
• Cooked in brick ovens
• Crushed with a roller mill
• Fermented in open stainless steel tanks
• Distilled twice using stainless steel pot stills
• Aromas of lemongrass, fennel, and mint marry crisp grapefruit zest, coconut hull, and rich nectarine
• 40% ABV

Grown more than 6 years in the Los Altos region of Jalisco, around 7,000 feet above sea level, this agave is harvested carefully, leaving a maximum of 3 cm of the reproductive stalk on the piña. The extra nub of quiote lends pronounced grassy, herbal notes alongside sweet fruit from the sugars of the ripe piña.
