NV Laherte Freres 'Rose de Meunier' Extra Brut Champagne

Sourced from vineyards with an average age of 25 years and more than 40 years for the parcels that are selected for the elaboration of the red wine. It is a blend of 30% macerated Meunier, 60% white wine (immediately pressed Meunier) and 10% still red Meunier. Grapes are hand picked when fully ripened. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in in vats, foudres and barrels.  Disgorgement is done by hand.
