2022 La Sorga 'SM' White Blend

This unique blend of Cinsault, Marsanne, Viognier, and Sauvignon Blanc is crafted by infusing destemmed Sauvignon and Viognier berries into the must, resulting in an 18-day maceration period. The wine is then aged in tank for 8 months. On the nose, aromas of bergamot, fresh almond, mango, green olive, and grapefruit. The palate is wide and comforting, marked by a lively minerality and notes of white fruits like peaches. No sulfur, filtration, or any other additives.
