2022 Les Vins Pirouettes 'Eros de Vincent' Skin Fermented White Blend

Pinot Gris, Riesling, Auxerrois, Gewurtraminer

Grapes are hand-harvested and sorted in the vineyards. 70 % are destemmed and 30% are left whole cluster, all of which are fermented on skins for 14 days, resulting in orange wine. Elevage for 6 months in old Alsatian vats. Zero addition of sulfur, unfined and unfiltered.
