2022 Under the Table Wines Cabernet Franc

Bold, deep fruited, herbal, fresh acidity. 

 '2022 was a rough year for us and overall for the Sierra Foothills. Late spring frost wiped out a lot of fruit and what was left was met by an extreme heat wave. This resulted in highly concentrated fruit which we feel shows really well in this wine. The fruit was sourced from the North Ponderosa Vineyard in Nevada city. This is a 3 week semi-carbonic maceration, followed by a year in barrel and over a year in bottle.'
