2022 Podere Casaccia 'Sine Felle' Rosato

100% Sangiovese Rosato. This wine sees a quick maceration on the skins (only a few hours). Like usual this wine needs a bit to open up (a touch reductive) but with a little patience you'll get what you're looking for. Guava, Papaya and tons of floral aromatics will follow.
