2022 Guttarolo 'Miro' Primitivo

100% Primitivo from Cristiano Guttarolo in Puglia. The grapes are fermented on the skins for a week and aged in vats until the beginning of the following spring. This isn't a big brooding Primitivo, but the opposite. Super fresh, high toned with white floral aromatics and purple and red fruit.
