Las Californias 'Citrico' Gin

Master distiller Ivan Saldana had the goal of breaking barriers to highlight the great flavors that grow in North and South California(s) when formulating his new gins. Neither nature nor gin gives a rat’s you-know-what about borders. Both his gins feature the local Californian juniper that provides a more subtle piney flavor than London counterparts. The Citrico Gin is infused with citrus peel and leaves, apricot, and fig which all provide refreshment. It's been working like a charm in my negronis.
