La Basilona 'Acid Cherries' Wild Ale w/ Cherries
Barley Pilsen, Hop Ranco variety, 6 months in oak barrel then 2 months with the acid cherries in maceration. Racked in 54 liters dame-jeanne (glass) and bottled with honey for the second fermentation.
