Our good buddy Dario of Alimentari Aurora utilized the heals of the locally baked sourdough that he would otherwise discard, and used them as the starter for this extremely light and crushable delicious collab with Calicraft Brewery. Sorachi Ace Japanese hops seal the deal. He calls it an Italian-San Franciscan Lager, we call it friggin' awesome. Bere bene!
