2022 Ashanta 'Resist' Rosado

75% Old Vine Carignan (Testa) + 25% Syrah (Sumu Kaw Vineyard) All Certified Organic

Syrah was 75% whole cluster and the rest of the grapes were destemmed into an open top fermenter. The rose of Carignan was direct pressed on top of the Syrah, where the grapes co-fermented flotasion style for two weeks with gentle hand punch downs. Resist was then pressed into French neutral oak where it aged for 10 months. Racked once.
