2020 Philippe Pacalet 'Vieilles Vignes' Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Pinot Noir from sixty years old vines, grown with organic viticulture. The grapes are hand harvested and hand sorted. The grapes are fermented with whole bunches and punched down twice a day for three weeks. The wine was then aged in used barrels for almost a year and was bottled without additions.
