2018 Adeline Houillon & Renaud Bruyere Arbois Ploussard Trousseau

A blend of 65% Ploussard & 35% Trousseau (biodynamic) from the Jura. Adeline Houillon joined with her family in the Overnoy estate, taken over by her brother Emmanuel Houillon when Pierre Overnoy retired, while Renaud Bruyère worked with Stéphane Tissot. They together created their domain in 2011, from 75 ares of vines located in Arbois.  Grapes are fermented semi carbonic, no fining, filtration or  additions
