Zucca Rabarbaro Amaro is a bittersweet Italian herbal liqueur made with rhubarb, cardamom, citrus zest, and other secret herbs and spices:

History
Created in 1845 by Ettore Zucca as a prescription to treat indigestion. The story goes that the patient's husband modified the original recipe.
