2023 Populis Sauvignon Blanc Mendocino

Winemaker Notes from Shaunt & Diego: "We're very excited about the 2022 vintage of this wine. Having a bit more familiarity with the two vineyards (Venturi and Upton in Mendocino) and more moderate early harvest temperatures, we were able to nail the pick, and the wine is super fresh and aromatic, yet textural. 80% of the wine was direct press. This year we added 20% macerated Sauvignon Blanc to the blend, and we are incredibly excited by what this did to the overall complexity of the wine."
