2022 Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme Sauvignon Blanc

100% Sauvignon Blanc from purchased fruit from three farmers working organically in the Vallée du Cher, Touraine in France's Loire Valley. 

Direct press, fermented and aged in used barrels and enamel lined vats. Aged on the lees for four to eight months. 20 mg per liter of sulfur added just before bottling.
