El Pintor Tequila Blanco

The process for this tequila starts by selecting only ripe blue agaves from a single state in the low lands, near the tequila volcano. The cooking process is done in a traditional brick oven. Afterwards the agave grinds in two parts: 1 part goes into a traditional Tahona and the 2nd part goes to a mechanical mill. Afterwards the cooked juice is fermented with fibers. To finish there is double distillation in stainless steel pots with cooper coil. Aromatic, tropical and textural, great for mixed cocktails or sipping
